Our Purpose

UBC aims to develop wholehearted followers of Jesus Christ who know him and make him known. In other words, we are pursuing the call to be disciples and make disciples of Jesus Christ. We engage in this work by following a discipleship pathway, a process that, by God’s grace, guides people toward spiritual maturity.

Our Programs

The internships and residencies overseen by UBC serve as an aspect of our discipleship process where we train others to learn how to help other people move toward Christ-likeness.

An internship is designed as an opportunity to learn, observe, and serve in various aspects of church life for those who are discerning a call to serve in vocational ministry.

The residency program is designed to identify, equip, and launch qualified men who have demonstrated character and giftedness, aspiration for ministry, and local church support.
