Mercy Ministry

As the church body, we are to display the love of Jesus to the very broken people in our community. We want to show mercy by being engaged in the hands and feet of Jesus to meet tangible needs and walk alongside the suffering: the homeless, orphans, widows, and the poor.

(James 2:13-17 & Matthew 25:40)

Our Vision

We want to engage with the hearts of the UBC to display the love of Jesus to broken people in our community by using their gifts to show mercy and walk alongside the suffering and poor.

Get Involved

Serving the scattered people God has brought to our community by assisting them in meeting their basic needs, showing the gospel through relationship building, and assisting them in the process of assimilation.

Mercy Fix-it team

Support other mercy ministries in serving people (single mothers, refugees, widows, the poor etc.) with whom relationships are being built by meeting tangible, hands on/fix it type of needs.
