Position: Executive Director/Pastor

Position Summary: The Executive Director/Pastor (EDP) will be responsible for supporting and extending the ministry of the Lead Pastor by doing 2 main things: 1) leading the Church Staff; and 2) overseeing finances and operations.

Church Summary: By God’s grace, we are a growing church in Beavercreek, Ohio - a small city that is both suburban and rural in nature. Our mission is to help people become wholehearted followers of Jesus Christ, who know Him and make Him known. Between 1000-1200 people attend our services each week, with more joining our livestream.  We are a multi-generational church with a high number of college students and young families in addition to plenty of empty-nesters and grandparents. People describe us as being relaxed in style, conservative in theology, and loving in attitude. We are a 55-year old church and members of the Southern Baptist Convention.
