Stephanie Noel
Stephanie was born and raised in Kentucky and moved to Ohio with her husband during his Air Force service in 2010. Currently, Stephanie has served as the Director of Kids & Families at First Baptist Church of Kettering since 2017, leading kids’ ministry across three campuses, and as the LifeWise Kettering Program Director since 2024, where she equips LifeWise teachers, drivers, and volunteers to serve Kettering students during school hours for our Kettering elementary schools. Her passion is partnering with families, making disciples, and helping children grow in faith and character!
Rachel Pyle
Rachel is a Beavercreek native and a 2008 BHS graduate. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio University in 2012 and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wright State University in 2016. Before joining LifeWise Academy, Rachel worked at Premier Health, The Reynolds & Reynolds Company, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
After seeing the positive impact of LifeWise Academy in Vandalia-Butler schools, Rachel felt called to expand the program in Beavercreek when her family moved back to the area in July 2025. Rachel is currently serving as Beavercreek’s Assistant Program Director to help launch LifeWise Academy in Beavercreek City Schools.
Spencer Reynolds
Spencer graduated from Cedarville University in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology. He is currently studying at The Southern Baptist Seminary, working towards a Master of Divinity. Spencer serves as the Children's Ministry Team Lead at Gospel Heights (Gospel Kids), and as an elementary teacher for LifeWise Academy in Huber Heights.
Bryson Jackson (Host)
Born into a Gospel-singing family in Nashville, Tennessee, Bryson traveled the world with his family until High School, when they settled to serve in a local church. Bryson received his theological education through Cedarville University (MDiv) and has been in church ministry for nine years. Married at UBC in 2023, Bryson leads our Gospel Heights campus in Huber Heights. Bryson also serves in public office as a trustee in Butler Township, Ohio.
